Roatan Discover Scuba Diving allows you to fulfill your dream of diving into warm aquamarine waters and swimming among brightly colored tropical fish. No experience necessary!
This is an excellent excursion for couples and families who are looking for a bit of adventure. The minimum age for the Discover Scuba Diving program is ten years of age.
Roatan Honduras is one of the most incredible diving destinations known for being one of the world’s most unspoiled dive spots. It is a fantastic location for first-time divers as there are so many beautiful shallow reefs near the shore, so you don’t have to go for this incredible experience.
The Roatan Discover Diving program begins with an hour of instruction where you will learn the basic concepts and will learn to scuba dive in the shallow waters off our beautiful beach.
The Roatan Discover Diving experience allows you to enjoy the standard PADI Discover diving experience, which includes your scuba instruction and one dive in approximately 15-20 feet of water right from shore.
Once you are comfortable with your new skills and equipment, we will take you out in the boat to dive the beautiful Coral Reefs to a maximum depth of 40 feet. Your instructor will be with you at all times to assist you.
The Discover Diving experience will allow you to use your newly acquired scuba diving skills for an incredible boat dive in the beautiful Caribbean Sea. First, you will be introduced to your scuba equipment in 10 feet of water, where you will get used to breathing underwater.
To provide you with the best possible experience, we only allow small groups; your comfort and safety are our top priorities. Our dive shop uses the latest line of Mares equipment. The scuba equipment is included in all of our dive packages.
This PADI-certified Dive Shop is situated on a beautiful beach, and we invite you to stay after your dive experience—it’s an excellent place to spend the rest of your day, with a great bar and terrace. Good local food is also available nearby.
